Yolo County Library, Friends of the Davis Library, Human Relations Commission-City of Davis, and The Culture Co-Op welcome your participation in the annual Juneteeth Celebration!
The 2020 Celebration on June 7 will start at 12 p.m. with a vendor fair, so vendors must be set up and ready to sell by noon! The regular program will start at 1 p.m. and end at 5 p.m.
All Vendors must be approved as there is limited space. Deadline for SELLING vendors is May 24, 2019. Arts and crafts vendors, as well as other appropriate sellers are encouraged to participate. Each table rents for $50. For more specifics see the Vendor Application.
The three steps below must be followed to become a Juneteenth Vendor:
STEP 1 – Anyone interested in vending must contact Sandy Holman at (530) 902-4534 or firstname.lastname@example.org, before paying or submitting an application. This is to make sure the event has a good distribution of different vendors. Once approved, continue to STEP 2.
STEP 2 – Download and complete the Vendor Application by clicking this link: VENDOR APPLICATION
STEP 3 – Return the application and payment as indicated in the application. Aternatively, payment may be made online by clicking the Vendor Payment button below after Steps 1 and 2 are complete.
After approval and submitting your application you may pay by clicking the Vendor Payment button below, or by check as described in the Vendor Application.
